REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your FemSpecial purchase. This policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund for eligible orders, and what to expect during the process.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns and refunds are accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

– Email support@femspecial.com or call +91 9839406377 to initiate a return.
– Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
– Our support team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
– Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

NOTE

Delivery charges are non-refundable. You may return eligible items even if a delivery charge of ₹60 was applied, but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Any refundable amount will be calculated based on the product price alone.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account after approval. You will receive confirmation once the return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you want a different size or a replacement item, contact our support team with your request. Exchanges are processed based on stock availability. Additional charges may apply if the replacement order total exceeds the original value, or if there is a price difference.

RETURN INSPECTION

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you with the outcome and any available options for return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

– Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
– Final sale or clearance items may be excluded, as noted in the product description.
– Customized or personalized products may not be refundable unless there is a defect.
